Slugs

Slug is a common name for mollusks that lacks a shell, and applied to air breathing land slugs. The body of the slugs are so soft which needs moisture. 

So they are seen in moist environment.
slugs have two pairs of 'feelers' or tentacles. Both pairs are retractable

Silverfish

Its food is carbohydrates ie.starch etc.
It usually seen in old books because the gum used to bind the book contains starch.
It can live more than one year without food
